Roast Beef

I made roast beef with mashed potatoes, arucola and sauce vegetables, on a red wine sauce. I have no clue if that translation just was correct, as more red wine (a 2004 Cabernet Sauvignon) went with it, the German counterpart: Rindsbraten mit Kartoffelstock, Rucola und Saucengemüse, an eigener Rotwein-Bratensauce.

If I may say so myself, it was rather delicious.
