PSP

It’s just a rumour, but if it turns out to be true, I’ll be the happiest PSP game reviewer ever: The new firmware for the PSP, with the version 5.0, seems to bring real news to the console:

• RSS feeds
• Ingame screenshots
• PSP access to the PS Store

Particularly the screenshot feature (for those further reviews I plan to write) and the PS Store access (where it’s now still necessary to access the store on the computer, have an intermediate program installed, and have the USB cable handy) sound mouth-watering.

If it isn’t true, it’s a nice dream at least Via Pocket Gamer, Joystiq and PSP Fanboy, all of whom have it from the French PSP-Generation.

Update 2008-10-13 12:04: It’s official. Not a word about screenshots yet though, but the PS Store is certain. It’ll come within this month, alledgedly.
