Thanks a lot for your comment :)

About leadership cards, I tried to point out their uses in the race-specific posts, feel free to add there if you see further uses I didn't mention though - I'm far from perfect :D

Regarding event cards, I might come to them in the wrapup post. The thing about them is though that they're so totally random that you absolutely can't count on getting any of them - particularly not when you need a particular one :P So I think event cards aren't so much a planning-ahead thing, but more a "how can I use this effectively" thing, and thus don't necessarily belong into the "planning" post. But I'll get back to them in the wrapup post, thanks for the inspiration!

And concerning orders, indeed I didn't write any of that explicitly, I'll expand the post a bit then to make it newbie-friendlier :)

Well, there are some advanced strategies with using events and leadership cards, it would be nice to describe them, as they include moves between planets.

I found especially worth mentioning destroying transports and replacing z-axis routes.

This post doesn't explain WHEN and WHAT orders should be put at the top or bottom of order stack. This is essential during such maneuvers.

Doh, another thing I played wrong all along! I really liked that option of messing around with each other's orders and doing something useful at the same time...

:(

Huge thanks for the heads-up! I changed the post to correct my error.

The research order. Since it doesn’t actually require any units to be on its planet to be executed, it’s perfect for bluffing (pretending to be a mobilize order on an enemy planet, for example), or obstructing an opponent’s order stack

You need a friendly base to execute a research order
